Its not only targeting black people you whiny fucks. Anyone with a felony conviction can’t vote. Its part of the punishment. If you’re so stupid you have to commit felonies, ie murder, rape, aggrivated assault, robbery, etc, then you’re too stupid to be voting for other people’s representation in the first place.

Ever worked as a waiter/waitress, and didn’t report your cash tips? Felony tax evasion. Even if it’s a dollar.
Friend leaves their facebook open on your computer, and you post a silly meme on their timeline? Felony wire fraud.
Egg or TP a neighbor’s yard? Felony vandalism.
Roommate gets a magazine in the mail, and you read it first? Felony mail tampering.
Any form of media piracy? Eeyup. Felony Copyright Infringement.
Let’s say your friend has a serious headache, and you’ve got them good headache pills, and share one? Distribution of a controlled substance. Felony.
Hell, ever violate the terms of service of a website (like, say, THIS ONE) in any way shape or form? Of course you have. You don’t even know what those terms are. Felony Computer Fraud and Abuse.
All of these are federal crimes, which means they can be prosecuted anywhere in the country, and in many states permanently bar you from voting.
